Well, to fix it, turn it off, unplug the battery, and get some tweezers to pull the little bit that came off out of the charger socket. The rest of the computer should be fine.

Oh SHIT. My laptop power cord just took the little pin with it when I tried to detach it. It’s now stuck in the power cord receptor. Which means as soon as this thing runs out of battery, I have no way to charge it. GOD DAMN IT.

People only live in this kind of pain because they have no choice. I’m too weak to court the sweet release of death and I really have no interest in being dead. I’d just really like to be able to function. I severely overdid it this holiday and I’m glad it’s over. Back to the doctor tomorrow thank god, because I am out of pain meds and goddamn do I need some pain relief.

Merry Ho Ho, all y’all. We had our xmas today ( as we do ) and tomorrow is for dealing with the rest of the family. I am out of pain meds til tuesday and I don’t think my back has ever hurt this bad.
But the kids loved my sparse gifts and they’ve been very entertained all day. We’re all really…REALLY tired now and we’re gonna go to bed.
